The Arizona City Sanitary District was founded in 1968 to provide Wastewater Treatment and Collection Services to Arizona City. The Collection System comprises approximately 90 miles of gravity sewer with two lift stations. The Arizona City Sanitary District has a permitted capacity to collect and treat an average of 1.5 million gallons per day, and is classified as producing Class B+ reclaimed water. The existing developed area within the District occupies approximately six square miles.
